Graham's 29 leads Georgia Southern to 77-66 win over Wofford

SPARTANBURG, S.C. (AP) - Louis Graham scored 29 points to lead

Georgia Southern to a 77-66 win over Wofford tonight.

The Eagles (18-8, 11-5 Southern Conference) took the lead for

good about midway through the first half by scoring nine straight

points, including two 3-pointers by Graham.

Georgia Southern led by 10 at the half, but could not pull away.

A lay-up by Noah Dahlman cut the Eagles lead to 53-50 with 8:53

left, but Georgia Southern built its lead back to 11 points in less

than four minutes.

The Terriers (14-12, 7-9) wouldn't get closer than six points

the rest of the game.

The Eagles are second in the SoCon's South Division with a

four-game cushion over Wofford and the College of Charleston with

four games to go. Davidson has clinched the division title.

Dahlman led the Terriers with 13 points, while Drew Gibson added

11 points.
