Calvary Day School's baseball team scored two late runs to erase a 1-0 deficit at defeat Hawkinsville 2-1 in the opening game of the second round of the Georgia High School Association playoffs. The Cavaliers bats broke out and plated nine runs to sweep the series, 9-5 in game two.

The Raiders of Savannah Christian opened up a 4-0 lead against Brookstone in their second round series only to see it slip away and lose 5-4 in 12 innings. Game two was rained out and will take place at SCPS at 1:30pm Thursday with game three (if necessary) following.
In high school soccer the Lady Seahawks of Hilton Head High defeated North Myrtle Beach 3-0. Abby Fennessey scored two goals and Diana Boryk added one.
