Beaufort's Mark Anderson found his stride toward the end of the front 9 at the Daniel Island Club in Charleston. He birdied eight, nine and 10... and then kept it going on the back nine... finishing up his string of six birdies in seven holes on #14.

Anderson bogeyed #16 but nearly holed his approach for eagle on #18 before draining the short putt. Anderson is currently 19th on the Money List and with a solid finish should find his way on the PGA Tour in 2012.
The former South Carolina Gamecocks' golfer won the Players Am at Belfair in Bluffton in 2008, gaining him an automatic exemption in the 2009 Verizon Heritage at Harbour Town on Hilton Head Island.
