A flash flood warning for Liberty, Long, McIntosh, Tattnall, and Evans counties has expired.

Flooding will still be a problem tonight as rain is expected to continue. A flash flood watch remains in effect through Friday morning for these counties. Flood warnings are still posted for most of central Georgia. All the counties in green are still under a flood warning. Low lying areas as well as areas surrounding creeks, streams, and rivers could see standing water and flooding conditions through Friday morning.
