A frost advisory is in effect for Effingham, inland Bryan, inland Chatham, Long, inland Liberty, and inland McIntosh Counties in southeastern Georgia as well as for Jasper, Beaufort, coastal Colleton, and Charleston Counties in southern South Carolina from midnight Sunday to 9 am Monday.
High pressure will provide clear skies and diminishing winds across the area tonight; supporting low temperatures ranging from 33 degrees inland to around 37 degrees along the coast. Scattered frost will likely develop at many locations west of the Intracoastal Waterway.
A frost advisory means that frost is possible. Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
