The dense fog advisory is cancelled for coastal Georgia and South Carolina.
Visibilities have improved across much of southern South Carolina and southeast Georgia this morning as winds have picked up out of the northwest and west following the passage of a weak cold front.
Patchy dense fog will still impact travel in the typical low lying areas prone to fog formation... but widespread dense fog reducing visibilities to a quarter mile or less is no longer expected.
