A hard freeze warning remains in effect for Coffee, Jeff Davis, Bacon, Appling, Wayne, Atkinson, Ware, Pierce, and Brantley Counties from 9 pm Sunday evening until 10 am Monday.
The frigid airmass will continue through at least mid-week. Temperatures are again forecast to bottom out in the lower 20s early Monday morning with long durations of sub-freezing temperatures expected. Northwest winds of 5 mph will drop wind chill indices into the mid teens.
Similar conditions can be expected Monday night into Tuesday morning...with a hard freeze watch in effect.
